Submitted a request for my door fob, and he needed up helping me with a filter change and checking on a potential leak. I can’t recommend living at the Crown enough! It’s the best place, and great value for your money."

"This truly has been the best leasing experience I've had in Charlotte. We were going to buy again right before we located this community. I just fell in love with all the unique features in the apartment from the black & white bathrooms, gold fixtures, storage rooms, large porch, & the foyer. It's truly the closest thing to owning a house without all the expenses. I've enjoy the endless amout of amenities from 2 firepits, pool, coffee shop, sky lounge, built in music in each amenity you can control, pool house, large gym, bike room, work pods, etc. Not to mention the beautiful artwork everywhere you turn. If you are into aesthetically-pleasing energy you will find it here! As you can see in my photos below I even had my photographer come here for photos bc of the surrounding beauty! The staff & maintenance services are a 100% quality! They truly care if you are satisfied with your living experience. I appreciate that more than they know. :-) Then the location, location, location!! I can walk to Southend & Uptown. Truly the best of both worlds! Honestly, when we look for a condo to buy they will have a lot to live up to because we are def spoiled here."
