"The new management is levels above the old management. There is no complaint that I have had that was not immediately taken care of. Now that new management has been here a few months, I have no complaints. It is very quiet here now and I feel more safe than I ever have living here. Also, the maintenance man works hard like no one I have ever seen and ALWAYS has a positive attitude no matter how difficult the job. The office team is friendly and always in great spirits. Im proud to be a resident of Nova Ridge"

"I been living here in Nova Ridge since May 2021. I moved from another state and while doing so the office manager Samantha was wonderful. I’m really sad that she can’t stay here permanently. She’s been here twice since I’ve lived here because office staff is always changing. Inside my apartment I really don’t have too many issues. I have washer and dryer hookup which was a blessing. I was aware of the previous issues this community had and I am blessed that I haven’t had any rodent or other infestation issues. My main concern is the lack of security and the amount of car break ins. Many stairwells are not lighted. For a while there was a terrible problem with trash build up. I see that has gotten better. Maintenance has always been good to me and I have no complaints. The pool hasn’t been open in over three years. I was always told it was permit issues with the city. I don’t use the dog park because there are a lot of aggressive breed dogs in the community. I have enjoyed my stay so far and look forward to seeing more improvements to come."

"Nova Ridge has been a decent experience overall as my first apartment home. The leasing office has been a great help for community resources and providing a safe my place for my child and I. They have cooperated with me on many occasions and I appreciate their candidness and open communication. Thank you Nova Ridge for giving us a place to live."

"I had the pleasure of living in Nova Ridge Multifamily in Charlotte, North Carolina for a few years, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The amenities were top-notch, and the apartment layout was well-designed, providing a comfortable and spacious living environment. What made my stay truly memorable was the exceptional customer service from the staff. They were always available to address my concerns promptly and with a smile. Overall, I would highly recommend Nova Ridge Multifamily to anyone seeking a quality apartment in Charlotte."

"Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The management of this community is a joke and lacks the ability to do their job- caring for their residents and maintaining a safe living environment. Not only did management cancel numerous work orders without any communication, leaving me with a moldy unusable dishwasher for 10 months, they have also failed to provide fire extinguishers that pass inspection (think 4 years out of inspection). They do not provide on their promises for things as simple as a correctly sized air filters, maintaining trash receptacles and mail area, or a functioning pool. Do NOT waste your time even looking at these apartments. These apartments are NOT safe to live in and management simply does care. My car has been broken into and we regularly have to call the police due to suspicious activity. There was a shooting in our parking lot and management has YET to say a word. This apartment complex is NOT safe and not worth your money or time."
