Pringle Square

"Just toured today the property today and I’m in complete awe. From the beginning, I was sold by the area, the location has everything from shopping stores to food! Everything is so accessible. But then the tour absolutely sealed the deal, Joe, the Leasing Consultant, was such a pleasure! She gave a great tour, went into detail about the property and the floor plan, she made sure we didn’t leave without asking every question we could think of, and she made sure that we stayed in contact for when we get closer to the time we’re thinking about moving in. I am very pleased with my tour and while I am still apartments hunting, Joe just made Pringle Square one of my favorites!"

"We renewed our lease with Pringle Square this month. To say the least our experience with Pringle Square this past year has been great. We have not had any issue, from the community being a quiet and safe neighborhood to the management team and their help we have enjoyed our say! They are on top of their renter's satisfaction and from our experience we've had a great one."

"It was very nice when I 1st moved there, but some of the neighbors would not own up to their part of keeping their area clean.. Other than that Neighbors mind their business and Management was Respectful and the dog park was nice as well..I have been gone from there a little while now..It was nice while it lasted.."

"I do love my apartment here. It’s so cozy and my view is perfect. The management has been a rough rollercoaster here. Often they do not answer phone calls or emails, you will have to go the office in person during business hours to contact them which can be difficult if you yourself work business hours. The amenities are nice but it’s a very slow process to get anything fixed. So all together it’s a nice quiet apartment complex in which you will enjoy, but can be tedious to have anything fixed. So far I’ve stuck it out cuz it’s easier than moving."

"4th Attempt: I placed an maintenance claim regarding my front door. Looked at my ring camera and noticed the maintenance man came inside. When I came home from work I noticed my door was unlocked and my door is still not fixed. I immediately went to the front office with my concerns. And told the young ladies the issue “her response was , this is the person you need to see” which was the maintenance manager. I explained to them The issue (the new manager Melody and maintenance manager) he said he will be up there tomorrow (which will be today) he said the maintenance guy told him it was fixed. I said fix?? The issue has not been resolved and not too mentioned he went our apartment for 2-3 mins (for what) and nothing has been resolved. Melody immediately said to email her the issue so she can document it. Which my wife have done. And she CC’D me. Not response. . She asked to speak with Melody (around 3 ish) And that melody was in a meeting (and they would pass the message to her) Which I know that’s not right bc my wife read the email that Melody wrote on back of another business card bc she said hers hasn’t arrived yet. So my wife to resent it. She called to speak with Melody and was told she was gone for the day. It’s 5:30. My door is still damaged! I have called Greystar (no answer, left voicemail) to speak with corporate. If someone breaks in my apartment it will be on Pringle square, because I asked nicely to have the issue resolved. And I will be contacting a lawyer ! Or news which ever!!!! No one seem to care !! The front staff , the regional or no one! I’m not running behind no grown individual! If this is your job! I provided you the issue and no solution! You guys have OUR # , & emails to be contacted at. This needs to be resolved expeditiously!"
