"I’ve been living here for almost 3 months now and I love it! I love how quiet it is. Maintenance staff is friendly and has proven to be prompt. I feel very safe in the neighborhood as well. It’s a smaller private community which I also love. There’s always room for improvement and new ideas but I am overall very satisfied with the community and I absolutely love my apartment."

"Before making the move to Whitehall parc, be sure to read the reviews!!! The good and the bad, it all matters! Just my opinion, I feel like we have been fooled. We moved into Whitehall parc 7 months ago and we have been inconvenienced more times than not. For over a month we have not been able to scan into the gate to access our apartment. This has caused my family and I to be locked out of our apartment several times. I expressed my concerns through email twice, but wasn’t addressed until coming into the office. That is not fair to us. The solutions have been 1. To place rocks against the gate to keep the gate from closing 2. Use an orange cone to keep the gate open 3. Place tap over the magnet to be sure the gate won’t lock residents out. They have temporarily given us a solution for the gate, but aren’t willing to accommodate any of the residents that have been locked out of their apartment for this issue. We have requested a percentage off our rent for the month of September but have yet to be followed up with on this matter. We purposely waited until after the 5th to pay rent to see how they would be willing to understand our frustration but no accommodation was made. However, we did receive an email and a letter stating termination and late fees, but couldn’t get a response about our concerns with being locked out of apartment 4 times. Besides unprofessional management, be sure to lock your doors!!! Someone went into my car and stole my gym bag and searched through all compartments. We do not feel safe here and would appreciate our gate to be fixed and to be compensated with a % off our rent. I have followed up with the corporate office and also haven’t received a response. A lack of communication in so many areas. I am willing to provide proof of all concerns and if there are cameras outside of the buildings they will be able to see my family locked out of our apartments several times."

"I moved here during May on a lease transfer for a 1BHK and my new lease starts in October. It’s a good community with decent amenities and prompt maintenance staff. My main problem is the high rental they persist for existing tenants. It looks like prices skyrocketed post-Covid and now it’s getting stabilised with them offering lower rates for new occupants. But they are rather increasing the already high price during renewal."
