"These very well managed apartments are truly "home" for the residents who reside here. Lauren, Victor and Rick make our lives so easy, even if we make their lives difficult. The creative and generous monthly calendar of activities has something for everyone, ensuring no-one is lonely. I especially love the spacious kitchens, games room, lounge, business center and mailboxes situated inside the building. There's a very well equipped gym, a handy coffee station and a central package room. With Lauren's creative flair for interior design, the rooms are comfortable, warm and lovely to spend time in. With this great management team, we are blessed and grateful."

"We have lived at Berewick at Belvedere since November of 2020. We moved from New York with our two dogs. There has not been one moment we regretted making this our new home. The complex is beautiful, super clean and the apartment is amazing. We cannot applaud manager, Lauren Kirk enough. She is awesome. We have never lived in an apartment complex where management is so hands on. Rick, the maintenance supervisor is amazing. Any problem that arises is solved immediately. The amenities, activities and the friendly , welcoming residents make us proud to call this our “home”. Thank you Lauren and Rick and newcomer Victor for all of your efforts to make Berewick at Belvedere our sanctuary. We have found our peace!"
