"Recently the apartments resurfaced and repainted the roads, the contractor the Property Manager used blocked off half the road into the property and had no one as a flagman to guide traffic safely off of the entrance, or out of the property, a serious safety issue with traffic on the main road, additionally they restricted access to the parking area so that my 82 year old mother on O2 was not easily picked up or dropped off. After complaining to the office management, I was issued a "No Trespass Order" by the police. I didn't threaten anyone, I was frustrated about their lack of control of the situation. I was told if I drove over their sealant "paint" my mother would be billed for damages."
"My refrigerator was not getting cold enough and I submitted an online request on May 21,2023. Maintenance , George Johnson, arrived early the next morning, the 22nd , and reinforced the seals and made sure it was level. He told me if I continued to have problems, submit another request and the refrigerator would be replaced. I allowed 24 hours to see if it would improve. It did not. I submitted another request on the 23rd and on the 24th I was given a new refrigerator.Stonehaven has been my place of residence since November 2015. This is the best service we have ever had. "I went in to inquire about an apartment. I was greeted upon entering the door and was very happy with my experience. I was given a flyer with the monthly pricing as well as an application with the application process outline. The lady was very informative and professional. I will be applying to live here in the future when my current lease ends."
"So I’ve been living at this property for 5+ years now. Initially when I moved in I was relocating so it was like, whatever I can find. Now don’t get me wrong, when you move into an apartment you have to understand what comes with it. Sometimes loud music, noises etc. the initial office manager was awesome. Any needs we’re taken care of promptly no matter what the issue. Over time office managers changed as well as maintenance staff. To be honest they were horrible. Maintenance never responded which almost always led to an argument with the disrespectful and unprofessional office manager. Fast forward some time and Pedcor purchased the property. Since then there have been many changes and upgrades for the better. The new property manager, Taylor is awesome. She’s approachable, respectful and lives on the property so she understands complaints from residents and does an awesome job of fixing the issue in a timely manner! Deane has been here throughout all the ups and downs and always keeps a positive attitude throughout any situation. Not an easy thing to do for 20 years. George, the maintenance man was here through the shift in owners as well. This man, literally on his own for about a year, cleared out all work orders, fixed any and everything he could and began the turnaround on this property. Since he’s received assistance I’ve visually seen way less trash on the property, typically none unless it’s the weekend and the trash receptacle is full, which will be on any property. I’ve personally conversed with current tenants who are extremely satisfied with the changes that are occurring. From the remodels to the timely responses. Just everything overall. Of course everything isn’t perfect but with the staff that is in place I, as well as many residents are completely satisfied with the progress and look forward to the continued improvements from the staff to Pedcor homes. I just felt the need to give encouragement and positive feedback for the work that has been done to turn this property into one of the best in the area! -Trey J"
"Black mold coming through ceiling from a disgusting water leak from next floor up. They are completely unresponsive to my emails and seem not to care. They have since cut out the ceiling and water is still dripping into our apartment. This has been going on for months. I'm reaching out to the local news next about the health hazards"
