"BEWARE!!! A week ago I discovered mold on the ceiling surrounding all my air vents in my apartment; Along with several pair of clothing and shoes damaged by mold. Maintenance came in and sprayed Clorox over the residue and painted over it, as a great solution. From the regional office, nothing will be done because it appears to be moisture from the pictures. PLEASE SEE PICTURES No solution to remove the mold nor temp housing option, and lastly no compensation for my personal belongings that were damaged with mold because no cares since they aren’t living in this disaster. Please save yourself the hassle and do not even bother renting from this property."

Moving from a different state without seeing a property in person is always scary but we did it because of not only the amazing reviews but the best customer experience star provided us through out while we were in process of relocating. She was calm, patient and always welcoming over the phone calls whenever we had any questions and was very proactive about any requests or questions we had during the process. Star made our move a very seamless experience and I appreciate her for looking out for us through out the move! Even the maintenance team is so amazing, welcoming and ready to help with any concerns we have. The property is soo well maintained and I am love with the amenities and events the community has.
