"These people especially the dispatcher on the phone are very disrespectful. The way they speak to my wife and women is disgusting. But when I got on the phone and tried to speak to him nicely he became a tough guy all of a sudden."

"One thing about me is I stand for respect and a cordial mutual understanding. The dispatchers with the exception of Rafael are rude. The drivers are just as rude with the exception of Carlos. I’ve had drivers get angry that I was in the car with my husband or vice versa. I’ve had drivers tell me that if they knew we weren’t paying cash they wouldn’t have come out for us. I’ve had drivers just blatantly be rude! The dispatcher when they screw up and you try to cordial rectify the situation tend to speak over you, or cut you off. They speak to you in an off putting tone, as a married woman one thing’s for sure I will never allow anyone to talk to me in any matter and or tone that I deem demeaning. They make you wait for about 45 minutes to a hour and 15 minutes if your are down towm Brooklyn. I can go on an about this company that I just decided I would remove my self and my husband from doing any business with them! Since they claim to not have a manager in sight ( I highly doubt this). Excuse the grammatical errors will correct them at a later time. Currently have the flu."

"They were late to arrive by around one hour and a half. I waited for their car and they never showed up to pick me up. I was waiting outside in the cold. The dispatchers were very rude and mean to me when I called. They hung up the phone on me several times and they put me on hold several times but they didn't get back to me. I missed my therapy appointment with my therapist because they didn't show up to pick me up. They sent me another car service. I had a very bad pain in my knees and now I need to wait 8 days for my therapy appointment. The manager of the car company told me this" if you are going to be late with us, please call another car service" He also said that they were allowed to be even 90 minutes late. Don't make the mistake of calling this car company, they don't care if they are late. I went through terrible stress yesterday because of them, especially if you have older parents who have many medical appointments, I don't recommend this terrible company, feel free to contact me if you have any questions, I will be glad to answer any questions you may have."
