"Do NOT use this location for U-haul. I did the reservation, had it confirmed, went there and they did not have the uhaul van available. There was one broken down in the back. They could've called and said the Uhaul is not here, but not. I had to make a new reservation in the college point uhaul which turned out to be a nightmare, thanks to Willets Point Service station. The gas station pumper was super rude too. AVOID AT ALL COSTS FOR UHAUL. It is also full service gas and more money. AVOID"
"I've been a customer of Kramer for many and always received top service I'd rate them at 10+. However Kramer has sold the business approximately 2 months ago. I was serviced today 12/1/20 by the new owner. So far so good!... Kramer's was the very best experience in auto service. Big shoes to fill.."
