"It was pouring rain and I was with my 7 month old baby and I asked them for a car and the man on the phone said he would send me a car 20 minutes later. He did not send me a car. I kept calling them and they kept hanging up on me. The least they could have done was told me that they were not gonna give me a car and I wouldn't be waiting in the rain with my 7 month old baby. Very poor service and i'm very upset and I would not recommend anyone this company, I wouldn't give them any stars to be honest"

"Outrageously nasty people!!! Everytime I called, (this was a couple of years ago, at the time I did not know of Uber or any more well-known car services) Masada did some form of stupidity. A lot of times when I had to take a package or my family of 5 with me on the cab, the driver would throw an absolute fit, which would result in either teling us they would charge way more than a simple car ride should cost or literally just not letting us get in the car. Which is psychotic given the circumstances I was in to need a car to transport items or my family. Something so simple as to transport a few items and put it in the trunk (without asking for help from the driver) was an issue for them. Another example of the unhinged things they did was when I was younger, my parents would order taxis (from this same garbage place unfortunately) for us to get to our school when we missed the bus. Masada would go crazy and yell at me and my siblings to put on seatbelts, (we understood seatbelts are significant but again we were little and kinda slow to put it on) again throwing an unnecessary huge tantrum, and pretty much just doing a lot for a car ride that would last no more than 10 minutes. Would honestly rate no stars if I could, but do not order a taxi from here"

"I booked a cab for a specific time, confirmed 4 times to make sure they have the time right. On the scheduled day the dispatcher advised he made a mistake and wrote down the wrong booking time. When he realized the "mistake", he advised the cab will be there within 10 minutes, which only showed up 30 minutes later. This place used to be great, now the people working there are simply..."
