"First, want to thank Aarian for being so helpful. I have been having so many serious maintenance issues with my unit, to no avail. I finally reached out to Aarian who passed it along to the community director who had all of them handled the same day. Aarian was a big factor in why I chose this community and was helpful through the entire process, and continues to be helpful while living here. The community is beautiful and clean. I would say even though the community is dog friendly, the neighbors aren’t necessarily. Neighbors do seem to complain frequently about each other (based on the regular community email addressing these complaints). Most of it doesn’t affect me but might affect someone wanting to move here. The good news is that the community does its job to address the complaints (I just think most of the complaints are unnecessary; that being said most of the things people complain about don’t actually impact/bother me). Ultimately, I love the complex & office management. If they can get the maintenance management down, it would be near perfect. Most of the people in the community are nice as well (despite complaining to the office often, they seem to be nice and respectful to each other & new residents). The point of this was to say thank you to Aarian who is awesome and the office management for having the maintenance issues resolved!!!"

"I've been living at the Preserve at Ballantyne Commons for a while now and I have to say that it's been a great experience. The pool is fantastic and the outdoor grill station is perfect for summer barbecues. The community is friendly and my neighbors are great. Whenever I've had a maintenance request, it's been resolved quickly and efficiently. The children's play area, tennis and pickball courts, basketball court, and the gym with Peloton bikes are all great amenities that I really enjoy. The dog park is a real treat for my furry friend, and I also appreciate the car wash station, which helps me keep my car clean. The location is ideal, with some of the best schools in the area nearby, as well as grocery stores like Target and Harris Teeter. There are also plenty of recreational options, such as the 4 Mile Creek Greenway and Ballantyne Backyard. Overall, I highly recommend the Preserve at Ballantyne Commons to anyone looking for a great place to live. #CWSPassportToParadise"
