Ashford Place Apartments

"Property does not take tenants concerns seriously, there have been multiple car break in in the past week. Overall living scenario is not terrible, yet the accountability provided by the property is slim to none. After my car was broken into i was told "That's what insurance is for", instead of putting in mitigating and deterrent controls the property just shrugs off the blame. If you have a car worth over $10k there's a high possibility that someone will break into it, security is practically useless they ride around when the criminals aren't there and there are no cameras to pinpoint who's commiting the crimes that's why they are still doing it and not in jail. If you can, I would suggest not moving to this neighborhood if you value you're personal property."

"Zoe was also very helpful. She explained that she has only been there a short time but anytime she didn’t have the answer to my question she would always find out the answer and get back to me. Also Andrea has been so helpful from start to finish she took the time to explain everything to me and keep me updated throughout the full application process. And the application process was very smooth and fast. Just all around great experience so far"

"They don’t clean up, and they have trash on the side! We pay for our trash to pickup but it’s been almost a month since they picked up trash in front of the door. There is shooting. I don’t recommend these apartments. Do not move here, go to somewhere that’s actually worth $1600"

"I have been a resident of Ashford Place now for about four months. I can honestly say that these are the best apartments I’ve lived in. Is it perfect? No but for the price you pay it’s fantastic. It can be hard to get ahold of management via phone, but their office hours make it easy to just pop in after work (they have weekend office hours too). The staff is fantastic too! They’ve always been so friendly and helpful to me. Genuinely feel like they care ab the community as a whole. In terms of the apartments themselves, once again I am a happy customer. Modern amenities, never had a problem with any of the appliances, AC works well. Also, this community really is a neighborhood type of feel. There’s always kids playing soccer while family and friends hang out…something you don’t always see. Even if you don’t partake, it’ll be sure to bring a smile to your face."
