"I lived here for a whole year. It was horrible. My neighbors smoked weed every single day and nothing was ever done to address this. The walls were thin and noise traveled through the vents even if the neighbors weren’t playing it loudly. I lived for a year breathing smoke and listening to other people’s music. The smoke caused health issues for me, I thought I was just getting allergies or chronic sinus problems. Miraculously, all of my issues cleared up when I moved to a new apartment. They should remove problem tenants and care for good tenants like myself who are quiet, respectful, and always pay on time. I felt disrespected my entire time and it seemed like the issues ruining my housing meant nothing to management. If you move here, you will hear your neighbors do everything, smell smoke if people in your building partake, and will be ignored when you have problems that are not easy to solve. Also, they had the audacity to try to charge me $1,500 for a one bedroom as a renewal rate when my exact unit listed on the website was going for $1,320 with the same lease terms and lease start date. This made me realize they are either dishonest or simply do not value loyalty. Maybe they got fed up since I stuck up for myself and my horrible living situation, and tried to force me out even though I already told them I was leaving."
