"Living in this unit has been a nightmare, they have serious ROACH problems. My partner and I are quite clean and we don't understand how cockroaches of all sizes come out every week. and we asked the administration to fumigate, but this has not been enough. We lived in my old apartment for 2 years and we never had this problem. living like this is a nightmare and more if they scare you. TERRIBLE!"

"My experience after living here for 5 years: Sewage water has flooded my apartment 3 times- 1. Jan. 22nd 2022 2. December 2nd 2022 3. and again last night Jan 3, 2023 After the second flooding, I decided it was time to terminate my lease early based on health and safety concerns. They felt it was appropriate to try and charge me $3400 for that. Imagine your apartment flooding with sewage water, being forced to move due to health/safety concerns and then being charged $3400 for it. Other concerns with this property: there have been countless break ins into cars, probably a dozen since I've lived here. I had to clean up the glass in the lot myself because management apparently didn't feel like that was their job, I was not interested in getting a flat tire, so I took care of it. There will be trash piled up outside on a weekly basis. You will find that sometimes your key FOB will not work on some of the exterior doors, so you will get to walk around to the other side of the building with your groceries in hand in order to enter into your apartment. There will be cars squatting on the property that do not live or belong there, including semi trucks and RV's. My friends, do not rent here. If there is a single review that you consider, let it be this one. The smiles you see, the cheery tours you get...they care about one thing..getting you to sign, and taking your money."

"I had a difficult time moving from Florida to North Carolina and also had never lived in an apartment. I can't believe that I found this complex and how nice it is. It is relaxing and quiet and I love all the amenities that it has. Also the security is great which was one of the things I was concerned about. The customer service is outstanding and I have too thank Curtis for all the help he gave me when I was going through a difficult time in my life."
