"Absolutely love living here!! The only thing that sucks is parking bc only 3/4 people gets spots and they are small spots. Maintenance is quick to respond and has always been very nice!!"

"I don’t recommend living here. Parking is AWFUL!!!! Only 3 out of the 4 people living in a unit get a parking pass, but you’re lucky if you get a spot you can actually get into. Majority of the parking spaces are for compact cars so if you can get in it, it’s incredibly hard to even get out of your car without door dinging someone. Also, maintenance takes a million years to do anything and they’re supposed to notify you when they’re coming but don’t."

"Do not live here!! They rip you off by aggressively booting resident vehicles due to 1) parking stickers that fall off rear windshield and being even 1 inch over the line. We've spent hundreds more than we thought by living here. Management does not care."

"Don't live here. Under Winlker's management it was barely worth the rent, especially since Winkler had excellent services they offered their tenants. Since then, BHCR has increased the rent and parking fees while removing all services. There is not enough parking for all residents. A quarter of the parking spaces are for compacts. So unless you have a mini cooper, plan on parking your car in a compact space at least once a week, and plan on getting unjust parking boots because of inadequate space size and lack of spaces. If your wheel touches the line, expect a boot."

"Horrible internet. Not enough parking for the residents. Doesn't get cleaned at all between tenants. No windows in the kitchen or living room. Sad excuse for a townhouse."
