Rivers Walk

"Best place I could imagine to live at in Boone :-) The office and maintenance staff aare very helpful, I had a minor maintenance issue the other day and staff came to my aid less than twenty minutes after submitting my request! And the problem was fixed entirely in less than ten! I live in a two bedroom suite and it is spacious and very homey. It has a nice modern design, a lot of lighting and optimal windows! Noise from neighbors is minimal and the location is more than ideal. As a frequent patron of the university main rec center and an advertising student, I am able to reach the gym and the majority of my classes within an easy five minute walk. Not to mention, the complex is basically on Kings St. which is jam-packed with entertainment, clothing stores, good food and a weekly farmers market with local produce and crafts! It is a lovely place to live! :-)"

"Great place to live, close to campus, and very friendly office staff. Maintenance is always nice and quick to fix any issues. Kaleb in leasing office is very knowledgeable and will go out of his way to help. Definitely would recommend living here!!"

"I have lived at RiversWalk here in Boone for 3 years now, and I can’t think of a better place to be a Tennant. The employees here work day and night to make this place a great spot to live. Shoutout to all the handymen who are always on the job helping with maintenance requests, and shoveling snow. The administrative side is also incredible, easy to talk to, and readily available. Anytime I have ever had a problem (few and far between) it’s as simple as walking downstairs, and chatting with everyone. They’ve always helped me resolve any issues I’ve had quickly and efficiently. 6/5 would live here again."
