"We had Ziebart do a detail on our Toyota Highlander using a promotion at the store where we would receive a $100.00 rebate. The detail was terrible. There was no care whatsoever with regards to the contents that were in the car after reassuring us they would take the contents out so we didn't have to worry about them. When we picked up the vehicle all of the items from the front were thrown/stuffed into the center console. Our things were everywhere and to make matters worse the car was still dirty. Windows not washed, streaks of dirt not cleaned on the floor area where feet would rub and they didn't even lift up the windshield wiper on the back to clean the window. We had to take it back for them to redo but it shouldn't have even come to that and now I find out the $100.00 rebate we were supposed to get has expired and we can't get it despite assurances from the salesman that we’d get the gift card the same time we got the credit card. We paid over $1,000.00 for the work we had done. Place should be called a cleaning shop because we sure got taken to the cleaners. Learn from our experience, stay far away from the place! They promise the world and can't deliver."

"They are super attentive when you want work done, but when it comes time to fix a problem, they ghost. Worst customer service ever. I had spent thousands on film for my vehicle. It wasn't applied correctly. It was peeling in multiple spots and paint had bubbles up on my hood. When I asked for it to be repaired, I was told by the manager that a claim had to be filed. Well, I waited and waited and heard nothing so I called back. He said no response yet and put in an urgent message. I asked what the claim or reference number was so I could follow up on it, and he said they don't have a claim number. What claim doesn't offer a reference number? I feel as though it wasn't even filed. Never heard anything back after numerous emails and phone calls."

"We were very pleased with our detailing! Everything was done thoroughly and professionally. Everybody we communicated with was friendly and helpful. We have never had a car detailed before so we were apprehensive about it being worth the money, but I can truly say it is. It felt like we were at a small business rather a chain. I brought the vehicle in for the free annual undercoat cleaning, inspection and maintenance, they did a great job on that part as well. Everything was completed within one day and as promised. "Went in for my yearly re-apply of my undercoating. Sara explained to me some deals and specials that were going on currently. She was very thorough in explaining everything that each deal entailed. I went with a package that included protecting parts of my vehicle from extensive chip marks. It was probably more than I wanted to spend, however, since my vehicle was leased and I'm now buying it out, it was a good investment to prolong the life of my truck. (I even qualified for 18 months no interest to pay off, which helps my budget alot.) And a lifetime warranty too. I even gave them an extra day to tell them to do it right and not to rush the job order. When it was finished, for a truck that is 3 years old, it looked brand spanking new, inside and out! This is my third time I've been back to this location and I've never had any problem or issue. Again, Sara was excellent in explaining everything, and at no time did I fell "pressured" into buying anything. She laid everything out plain and simple and I went with what I wanted to do.
