"Worst customer service. I have been overcharged for an oil change here. My mom just went to have her inspection done. She’s 80 years old, they charged her and told her it didn’t pass because of the window tint. She has the exemption sticker clearly placed where it is supposed to be but evidently they weren’t trained enough to look for it. Still charged her for the “fail” that was a fail on their part not hers. She wanted to take it back but I told her to take it to a real inspection place that knew what they were doing."
"Today, I undertook an inspection only to find out it was canceled due to the inspector's absence. To my surprise, upon driving through inclement weather to Oswego, I discovered there were eight inspectors available, including the manager who was on duty. It is disheartening when individuals fail to fulfill their professional responsibilities, potentially jeopardizing others' safety. I commend the Oswego location for their diligence in contrast to the shortcomings experienced elsewhere."

"Cicero location: Always professional and polite; give accurate time estimates, and are efficient. They keep you up to date on the progress of the service. They will recommend services but it’s not pushed. The prices may seem high, but you are paying for the convenience. They even have a teacher discount now! I recommend looking for coupons on their website or app. The app will even tell you wait times at different Valvoline shops."
