"Anyone struggle with Home Depot delivery? 3 times they came with a dishwasher and 3 times they left with a dishwasher. The first two times the dishwashers dents. (Supposedly) The third time they showed up without the tools to install and broke the wire to the machine. All three times they tried to say that my paperwork did not state installation. I just found out that the delivery guys get paid by the job not the hour and so they will do anything and everything to avoid installing a product. That might explain why they were so quick to load the machines back on the truck before I could see the dent. Wonder if there were really dents in the machines. I ended up canceling and ordering through GE directly. Absolute craziness."
"The best customer service hands down beats all the other stores. I drive 30 miles to go there versus 3 mi to go to Lowe's. Home Depot has the best selection and the higher quality of items. I also like their website a lot better than many others. They've been out of a long time and I think they've got it perfected. I have been going to the store in Clay, New York for over 20 years. I've been very happy. They solved a lot of problems from me with technical support from the men of the trades that they hire."
"Went into store on Jan 3 2024 to purchase a kitchen sink faucet. There was a store employee to help me. Long story short, I had the item installed. It worked great for 1 day. There was a leak coming from the hose to the valve. As my plumber was disconnecting it, he noticed the rubber seal was rotted, which was causing the leak. Home Depot does not carry the rubber gasket to replace. On Jan 5 I went back to get another faucet ( different make) . There was none around to give me the help. This is not the first time. When I return my first kitchen faucet, I will no longer be shopping at Home Depot."
