"I'm a loyal customer of 5+years. I arrived on time for my 7:00 AM appt.for an oil change. I was the ONLY customer. I had a nice conversation with the manager and we talked about the new staff and changes that have occured. It was a pleasant interaction. While I giving him my keys at 7AM the tech arrived and I was under the impression, based on conversation, that my vehicle was going into the garage in minutes. I proceeded to walk over to Wegman's to use my time efficiently and do some grocery shopping. I walked back with my groceries expecting my car to be mostly done, but I walked into a conversation between the tech and the manager that was personal and described a recent fight, etc. I was baffled that my car wasn't in yet because there were still no other customers. The staff I became accustomed to was very customer savvy and appreciative of time constraints. I showed for my appointment on time and experienced disregard for the value of my time. I left without an oil change."

"I am extremely happy with the service I get at Firestone in Cicero. The manager got me in the same day I needed a repair. He was very friendly and welcoming. Dan who fixed my car made the effort to come onto the waiting room to show me my car part that needed replacing and why. He also fixed this part until I able to order a new part and have it replaced. Thank you!!"

"Great experience thanks to Adam and Darren. After being turned down at another tire facility, these gentlemen took care of me as a walk-in appointment to have my tire work done. To say the least I had a couple of special requests because of things that went wrong in the past when I’ve had my tire serviced at other places, these guys assured me everything would be taken care of and they came through in a timely fashion. What a great team they have over at fire stone in Cicero. I’ll be going back to see them in the spring to have the tires on my charger replaced because of this experience."

"Terrible experience. Have not seen such terrible customer service and communication. I have been in the customer service industry for 20+ years and would never treat people the way my husband and I were treated. I brought my car in for tires. Took over 24 hours to even start to work on my vehicle and that was after I called to ask when it would be done. Then came my husband's truck that went in when we got my car. 5 days of it being in the shop and we actually left the shop with less on his truck than went in. Got blamed as the customers for their issues with the vehicle. We understand things don't always go as planned but that is where transparency and honesty come in. Sent a licensed mechanic in to figure out the issue and only then did they become honest with information that took us 20 min time making a phone call and internet search on to find but took 4 days of their time. Not sure what real "work" got done. I was unable to go to work for 3 days and my husband for 1 since we were down to 1 vehicle. I have submitted a formal complaint and will never take a vehicle back to this store. I do not recommend this place to anyone unless they get some SERIOUS training. Unfortunate how some people do not think twice to take advantage of others when it is their professional experience and advice the rest of us need. Shame."
