"Tried to get my car inspected down-to-the-wire on the last day of the month, on the last day of the year. Every other inspection site in town had extremely long waits or was out of stickers. Goodyear initially told me the same thing and was making me an appointment for early in the new year, when a helpful employee came out from the back saying they had an extra sticker because someone canceled their appointment earlier. Much to my pleasant surprise, they got me in right away and all my anxieties around missing my inspection deadline we relieved. They could have just let me go home and wait several days for my appointment, but instead squeezed me in on NYE. I am so appreciative and will definitely go back! The staff was SO friendly and helpful."
