"Rooms are spacious and clean. We had a room that had a handicap shower, which was very convenient for mother to get in and out of. There was complementary popcorn in the lobby in the evening and a nice hot complementary breakfast serviced in the morning."

"The rooms were nice, but the floor definitely needed a broom. The wi-fi did not work while we're there. The room didn't seem to ever get cool."

"Most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. This place was misrepresented online, was not advertised that it was under construction upon booking, none of the amenities advertised online were available. The Manager didn't even identify himself, t-shirt, no name tag, and very unfriendly to guests. Will never stay in another hotel from this branch again thanks to this guy."

"Avoid this hotel at all cost. It's under renovation. I made reservation months ago and was not aware of this. 1st as we walked in the front entrance foam was falling in our hair from work being done right under the obstacle course to get in the front door. Then the lobby was a complete disaster area with barely a walkway especially toting a suitcase. I expressed my displeasure at the front desk person that was checking us in. Then the "owner cones out and is extremely rude and says well we canceled your rreservations. This hotel should not even be open for business with the current state. I have stayed at this hotel many times but will NEVER again."

"As soon as I entered the room the room I was pleased to see how spacious the room was. Unfortunately that's the only positive comment on this review. I immediately noticed how filthy the room was. Dust all over the fixtures. Room phone filthy. Bath tub and toilet not cleaned. I called for someone to come and clean my room multiple times and it took them an hour to come. I was exhausted from traveling and wanted to take a shower & lay down but couldn't until they came to clean my room. They were doing renovations throughout the entire facility. The fumes and debris was coming in under the door & in through the air vents into the room. Me and my partner became sick after the 1st night due to the renovations. I would never recommend this location. They were short of cleaning staff and they should have let people know that they were doing renovations before letting people book. Or close the hotel for at least 1 month to get the renovations done. I truly wish I could be compensated for such a terrible experience."
