He’s not only rude on the phone but also in the store. I try to come in when he’s not there! Just rude if you aren’t a pleasant person you shouldn’t work in retail."

"The cashiers are great, the store just needs to do something about there never being any parking spots left despite there being only 5 or 6 people in the store. It’s a big parking lot and everyone who parks there goes to other stores on hertel. The cat food, refrigeratied section and frozen section is always empty. It feels like they never have what i need."
