"Megan the manager was so nice! I called for a gravity cat fed bowl and she believed she had two but turns out they were the water. And she called me back to let me know before I came out to grab it. She did suggest to take the lid off. I told her it wouldn’t work but I took off the wrong part. So I’ll be going there this weekend to get them! But everything else is nice also. I’ll be re-decorating my child’s room with 5below items!"
"Wow. Store was a disaster. Stuff everywhere. Lack of organization and just smelled horrible throughout the entire store. Reps at the counter were rolling their eyes and complaining. Definitely not coming back to this particular location."
"There's a younger African American lady who works here and claims to be the night manager who absolutely berated my fiance. I was on the phone with him in his pocket and there's literally no reason for what she did. Cussing him out and embarrassing him in front of a store of customers. Absolutely disgusting. Other employees were apologizing about her actions saying she's always rude as heck and don't understand why she's in retail if she can't handle anything. Definitely filing a complaint to corporate after this one."
