Reviews
"We loved it here! Lorenzo at the front desk was incredible and really hooked us up with a a great corner suite with like 5 sets of floor to ceiling windows overlooking the city. Awesome view of the city and right across the street from Hornets stadium. Also only about 15 min walk to Panthers stadium. We saw the hornets play Saturday night and then the panthers play the next day."
"Rooms are well maintained. Service is worst, during my entire stay for 21 days, my room was serviced only 3 times partially that too on multiple requests. Hotel doesnt even care to take the customer feedback. I was not treated well in whole. Location is at the prime spot, down town streets are happening., but little creepy to go out in the late nights."
"Stayed here for a concert. Location cannot be beat, and with proximity to the Spectrum Center and the train, the noise protection is next level. We were next to the front desk and heard NOTHING. Would easily stay here again. Service was great. Location was great. The elevators and TV were slightly haunted. But what isn’t haunted in a hotel?"
"Upon arrival, parking situation was confusing when told to go to the fourth floor, it is on the bottom and not on the top. Upon check in, I was not greeted but just asked for my ID and payment as usually I am at least greeted kindly thanking me for being an Marriott member. The location was great and easy to walk to the Spectrum Center. Breakfast was awful and we had a 15+ minute wait multiple times to get to our room due others who were going to the rooftop bar as I was attempting to go to my room even though there was multiple elevators. The room was spacious with an incredible view but when taking off a towel from the hook, I noticed on the back of the towel there was a large makeup stain that was hidden and I would not have noticed if I did not take the towel off of the hook. I recommend this hotel for couples who plan on going out for breakfast the following morning and just want to be near the Spectrum Center and don't mind the elevators constantly smelling like booze and drugs."
