"This hotel is spotless!! The rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds. From the moment we entered Tremel was amazing. During our entire stay Tremel was hospitable and made sure we had everything we need. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely be back for another weekend getaway."

"The service was wonderful. The staff members were very respectful, courteous and the valet was wonderful. The only issue I had was a conservative power issue. Again, wonderful hotel stay besides the automatic shower light..but I did laugh. Again minor detail. Great service."

"My family stayed 13-15 January 24 for a regional cheer competition. Kudos to Fancy Yancy and Alivia at the front desk, Catrina in the breakfast section, and the gentleman working the parking valet. Although the hotel was swamped with cheer competitors and their families, the aforementioned hotel employees were always professional. They were patient with all requests and made our stay enjoyable. Definitely stay at the place."

"This hotel is spotless!! The rooms are a very nice size with comfortable beds. A few cons… They never came to give more towels, empty trash in 3 days. The curtains do not close so parking garage can see right in your room. The bathroom door is an odd bar door with a significant gap in everyone’s room. With the placement of the sofas you have full view of people sitting on the toilet…. Breakfast was buffet and the food was good. The lady screaming at everyone to throw out your waffle cups and repeatedly pointing out trash was a bit much. Moved at a snails pace. Would I recommend the hotel. Yes, But valet has to do something about stopping the homeless from following you in and asking for money every time You drop your car off to be parked. Happened multiple times in our 3 day visit."

"We really enjoyed this hotel. Spotless. Kind and friendly service. Plenty if really close by parking in addition to the valet offered. Cute little restaurant and bar. Great fire pit area for the cooler evenings. There is a lot of construction going on around the hotel. It's not noisy, and it's interesting to watch, but it does affect the view. Once that is done, though, it's going to be amazing to gaze out your window. Really loved it here."
