Residence Inn by Marriott Charlotte Airport

"Great location near the airport and with a Starbucks within walking distance. Room was clean and had everything I needed for the week. The elevators always smelled pleasant (strange to comment on but most times hotel elevators have a stale oder). Staff was pleasant and welcoming. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"Impromptu trip... rate was great. We had good service and a convenient location. Only problem was that the staff started putting the breakfast away 30 minutes early."

"This is by far my most favorite hotel to stay in Charlotte. Once again, the staff outperformed themselves, my past stay involved a few items that were broking - a TV, a microwave, and a toilet all of which could have a large impact on my stay. once I informed the staff of these issues, it was corrected immediately. I realized that things can break with multiple people staying in the same room over and over. It’s really how you handle it that matters and they couldn’t have handled it better. Congratulations. You are still my favorite hotel."

"I stayed here about a month ago after flying in late. It is very convenient to the airport. The room was nice, clean, bed was comfortable and the staff was nice. The only bad thing was the next morning I walked out to my car and the truck beside me had his back window busted out. Luckily, my car wasn’t broken into. The hotel is in a nice area so it was disappointing to see this."

"I usually don't bother with reviews but I have to give props to this hotel. We stayed at the Residence Inn before our flight out of Charlotte the next morning. It was AWESOME! The room was super clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was so friendly and we utilized the hotel shuttle service which was top notch. We only had a 5 minute or so wait for them to pick us up on return which was fantastic. My son forgot his backpack with his Nintendo in it on the shuttle van and they were so accommodating when I called and offered to happily ship it back to us. Area around the hotel is nice too with places to walk and eat. 10/10 will be staying here again when flying out of Charlotte!"
