"We had to stay overnight having missed our connecting flight. The whole hotel smells (cleaning products?). The shuttle bus wasn't large enough to take everyone who wanted to get back to the airport at 7:30 in the morning -- the first run of the day. They said breakfast was from 6 - 8 , but it really didn't start till 7, and was later before food was out. The room has a sink in the hall leading to the door and the light above it was motion sensitive and would come on (lighting the whole room) if you went to the bathroom in the middle of the night."

"Had a pleasant stay at Country Inn and Suites by Radisson at Charlotte airport. The rooms were clean, and the check-in process was swift. However, the airport transport experience was less than ideal. We waited for 45 minutes for the shuttle to arrive, highlighting the need for improvement in transportation efficiency. Overall, a good stay with some room for enhancement in shuttle services."

"Absolute worst hotel experience. This hotel should be shut down. The front desk explained there was no tissue or towels in the entire hotel. I was informed the Manager could only be reached by text and he was going to buy more tissue. The place has only one washer and dryer, which were both inoperable even though they were coin operated. I was not issued a refund or credit. The gym had only one operable workout machine; a treadmill that was stuck at one speed. Everything else was a heap of broken machines. This hotel is in complete disarray and reflects no pride in the Country Inn name."

"I tried emailing the manager and was given wrong information so that I couldn't reach him so I will put it here.Hi I checked into your hotel early this morning about 12am the 1st room I was in was dirty and wreaked of roach spray. I was transferred to another room which was better. I needed to use the laundry facilities you all have a coin laundry with no change machine which makes no sense. It's about 6dollars to wash and dry a load which I had in cash bur when I went to the register there were only enough quarters to give me 1dollar and I was told to check 711 I ended up having to go to 3 different places today to get change to wash because other businesses could not cover what you all did not provide. I finally get back here and get My load going and the times are going past the checkout time I talked to the front desk about this who said that I would still be charged a late fee for checkout eventhough the reason I am late is because of having to run around and get the change. There have been people loitering in the hallways and outside so the environment doesn't seem safe. This is bad customer service. I should not be charged for this hotels errors."

"This was a pretty bad experience. I have stayed in 1-5 star hotels all over the world. I know what I should get for a 2 star hotel at this price and they fell far short. The carpet was stained and gross, the pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable, we found a cockroach in the shower. Even all of these things I’m willing to deal with for the right price. What I can’t overlook was the incredibly bad service. If a customer asks for something there should at least be an effort to help. I was met with a quick “no” every time I asked for something with no explanation or effort. That is inexcusable. The last complaint was fighting, arguments, and door slamming throughout the night that kept us up. The area was great though, with incredible food and taco trucks all around. If you stay in the area I highly recommend Miguel’s and Las Pupusas"
