"The front desk guy Rashad was wonderful. They accept dogs and were wonderful every time my husband or I took our dog out to use the bathroom. They also asked if everything was ok. Rashad also wished us safe travels when we checked out. -Nothing. Everything was terrific. I haven't had a better stay at a hotel while traveling with my dog. Usually we have to stay at not so great hotels because we have a dog."

"We went on Christmas Eve to shop and relax. It was well worth it. The front desk clerk was the most pleasurable person I have met in the hotel industry in awhile. Although the mall was to crowded and I wasn't able to enjoy it, staying at the Hilton gave me the most peace and night of relaxation I so desperately needed... I will say, this hotel is my new home away from home."

"It's was a nice hotel. Check-in was very easy. Customer service was great. The rooms were ok. The rooms had a few minor issues but nothing major. The beds were pretty descent. The smoke detector kept flashing in the room all night and was pretty visible when the lights were off. It's convenient to a lot of stuff nearby. Overall, it's a pretty good hotel.."

So helpful and filled with joy for the folks she comes in contact with. Our server Tracy was so helpful and sweet. "Rooms were not only clean but also remarkably spacious. Breakfast exceeded US standards, and I must highlight the fantastic service from the staff, particularly the woman in charge of breakfast. The pool was nice, with a perfect temperature for a refreshing dip. However, during checkout, when I requested invoices with specific names and a company address, it took longer than expected and was a bit complicated. Seems to be a difficult thing for Hilton in the states. Nevertheless, everything else about the stay was excellent, and the hotel's location is quite convenient near South Park."
