"This is the most unethical company I've ever experienced. They purchase bad debts for pennies on the dollar and that are nearing the point of expiration and take them to court. They do the bare minimum to notify the debtors so that they have no opportunity to satisfy, and they can win garnishments in court with exorbitant amounts of interest. I highly suggest fighting them with a real attorney. At the very least, you will have 60-70% of what they tell you you owe eliminated in court. They also make it difficult to pay them if they're not garnishing your wages. This way they can go back to court without notifying you and win a garnishment. The debts in question were not mine, and I am writing this review on behalf of a person who was essentially scammed by them. They thrive on those that do not know their rights."
