"We had an amazing grooming experience at Embassy. Such a friendly staff and the groomer came in to speak with us for our first visit. She got down on the floor and connected with our dog and it made us feel at ease for her first grooming. I also appreciated they called us as soon as she was done instead of putting her in a kennel for several hours, so many grooming places do that and I don't prefer that for our pet. She gave us a report on how she did during the grooming which was nice to hear. We will definitely be back!"
