"Not always is it a desirable or comfortable situation that requires the selection and service of an attorney, but the Knoxville Bar Assoc. made it an easier process. Tracy is an angel! She was patient and informative. This process has only begun, but I know that they are there if needed. Thank you"
"This place is useless. When I first called to speak with someone I was on hold. I was told that I was the next caller in line and to press "one" for a returned call so I would not lose my place in line. Well I decided to press "one" for a returned call since I had already been holding for at least 3 minutes. Well they did return my call. However, instead of getting a returned call from an actual "Real Person" I once again get put on hold along with being told that I am once again "the next caller in line" and once again to press "one" for a returned call which is what I had already done for crying out loud! When I get a returned call I expect to get a returned call from an actual REAL "Human Being." What is the point of returning a call just to once again put someone on hold which is exactly why I pressed "one" for a return call in the first place! It seems "Common Sense" is not a very "Common" thing in this modern day society of technology."
"As a consumer, I cannot begin to thank the Knoxville Bar Association for the work they do in assisting people like me in their time of need. I tried to navigate the internet recently in search of an attorney that could help me begin to understand what if any were my legal options for a couple of problems that I am facing. As my search progressed, I became the victim of increasing frustration as a result of unreturned phone calls from attorneys. The problem is aggravated by the fact that when you google, attorneys "pop up" because somewhere on their web page, one of the words you searched for appears. As it turns out, if you are lucky to speak to anyone, you quickly learn that their expertise or interest in what you are looking for is not a match. Therein lies the greatest value of the Knoxville Bar Association. In just one phone call to them, you only have to explain the nature of your problem once and immediately you are given the name and phone number to a qualified attorney that can help. Additionally, the attorney receives an email from the association with your contact information and a summary of what the nature of your problem is. Further, the attorneys who participate in their referral program, also contractually agree to provide the first consultation free of charge which for me living on a fixed income is truly invaluable. Within a day, not only did I receive phone calls from the attorneys they referred me to, but more importantly, both attorneys where happy to be able to be of assistance, and at no time where they concerned about the amount of time that they spent with me on the phone. As a result of these referrals, I was able to engage both attorneys to help me with my needs. If you are in need of an attorney, please do yourself a favor and contact the Knoxville Bar Association and let them help you; you can thank them later as I am doing!"
"I spoke with Adam Strong. He was amazing at helping me with my problem. He was very knowledgeable and his calm demeanor put me at ease. I would definitely recommend his services."
"Anyone seeking a legal opinion/advice but not sure what kind of specialty lawyer to contact should definitely call the Knoxville Bar Association. My experience found them to be thorough with their intake information, prompt with a referral, the attorney was prepared for my call, and he thought the issue out carefully before providing advice. It was the answer I did not want but needed to hear from someone knowledgeable in that field. We are fortunate to have such a great service in our area."
