"I had Mighty Quinn's Pulled Pork Sandwich Combo delivered to work a few nights ago and it was pretty great. I included Roasted Sweet Potatoes, which were excellent as always and Burnt End Baked Beans, which had huge chunks of burnt ends in them. I'm not a huge slaw fan, but their vinegar slaw was perfect for cutting through the richness of the pork. At first, I thought I had been shortchanged on the sandwich as the meat looked like a lot of dark, fatty skin but it was soft, shredded pork, wrapped up in crispy, blackened bark which packed a real flavor punch. The container it came in had a good amount of pork juices, which I doused my sandwich with, along with their amazing BBQ sauce. The Chocolate Fudge Brownie from Greyston Bakery was a nice end to the meal. The only issue was that I struggled to focus on work due to the sleepy-eyed, grinning "meat coma" stupor that this meal induced in me. Well done, Mighty Quinn!"
"Love Mighty Quinn. Original location and here. Today's brisket bit dry. Surprising since I was first served off the wrap. Also surprised line is shorter (which is great). Many order jasmine rice bowl eith two sides (sign of times, perhaps). Baked bean sides, cole slaw, pickles, corn bread perfect."
"Tried this BBQ joint. Food overall was good. A little pricey but it is in NYC. The Brussel sprouts were very delicious. Awesome flavor. The empanadas seemed a little dry and not enough umpf for me to try the other flavors. The wings were good also. They were smoked but I prefer the skin to be crispy when eating. Overall this place provided excellent customer service and was pleased overall with the dine in experience."
"It was mediocre, people would tell me this place had delicious fresh smoked meats. But it didn’t really taste fresh. I had the 3 meat sampler including pulled pork, brisket, and ribs. Then french fries and mac and cheese. Definitely on the pricey side. The fries were crispy and good. The meats did have the pull apart tenderness. The barbecue sauce is very good. It’s definitely not bad to try with the beautiful outside view in the open food court dining area!"
"Being from Texas, I'm very picky about my brisket & ribs. This place is so good!! The BBQ sauce was good, but liquidy. I also had the Mac & Cheese fritters & Sweet Corn fritters. Delicious!!"
