"This company is the worst I’ve dealt with as far as communicating with the service providers. The service men are rude to the point of being annoying and unprofessional! I will NEVER call them for ANY SERVICE TO BE DONE at my house! I don’t want them in my house! They price gouge and the work is shotty as the part that was replaced not even a year ago, has broken down in my oven again! I’m under warranty and STILL don’t want them back to fix the broken parts again. Truly unacceptable and unprofessional behavior for the company to exhibit!"

"If you are ever in need of repairing an appliance and are considering this company, do yourself a favor and call someone else. You will get a fast response and the problem will be resolved, but they will also scam you. This is not about charging a lot for the service; this is about been dishonest plain and simple. If you go ahead and use their services, anyway, make sure that you get a clear credit card transaction receipt (they don’t provide it) and that the amount in the credit card receipt matches the service receipt. Do not make the mistake that I made trusting them."

"I called for dish washer repair for leaking water they charged me $100 to come out. I declined their service because it was almost $500. When the repair man left I tried using the machine a few days later and wouldn’t come on so tried calling the company back for over a month no answer. I had call another office to have the office that serviced me return my call. The gentleman was rude yelled at me saying I was a liar and have the nerve to say I could another $100 for them to come back out."

"If I can rate less than 1. I would. I am a landlord that called them for service. They had the first available appointment out of the providers I called, so I used them. I specifically told the person who set the appointment I need a 30 to 40 min leeway as my tenants aren't good with English and I would need to drive from work to the property. The company also required the consultation to be paid in cash so I needed to be there. I get a call at 2:58 told me the tech is 30 to 40 minute out. Then I get a call at 3:28 asking where I was. I had told her that I have to drive down and it about the time that the tech going to take. She's like thats why we have a window of time. And I responded I can't control traffic and started driving immediately after she called. And she responds back with "well this is for the convenience of the tech, nothing you would understand." What an incredibly unprofessional response. By the way I arrived 3:35. Right under 40 minute mark."
