Oakridge Pharmacy

"My doctor sent a prescription to this pharmacy for me to have filled and mailed to me. I paid for the prescription over the phone on Friday and the lady said it would be 2-3 business days for delivery. When I didn't receive my medication on Wednesday, I called to check on it. The guy said it was mailed on Tuesday. No explanation about why it took so long for them to mail it out. I guess it's a good thing it was just medication to clear up a break out on my face and not something I really needed in a hurry."

"Incredibly fast mail service. I use them for a prescription that would be $100 per month via my CVS Caremark insurance, Oakridge is $35 per month. Wish they had online or auto-refill but the calls are always answered quickly and efficiently."

"The prescription arrived quickly and I was give the option for home delivery or pick up. I went in, and was quickly served. The staff was very efficient and polite."

"Have not received my prescription yet, however I have called 3 times to pay via Text and each time they said they sent me a link and nothing came through. We double checked my # each time and nothing. I'm not for sure what is the most concerning, the fact that my prescription information may have been sent somewhere else or the fact that the staff didn't seem to care each time I called. It's a little concerning that there appeared no effort to escalate after I expressed my displeasure/concern with their system malfunction. This is my first time with this Pharmacy and I can't be the only one that has had this issue? You really need to fix this payment issue. This doesn't look good as a first impression that you can't even provide a safe method of payment and don't seem to care."

"Excellent non-chain pharmacy! They have MUCH better personal service than either CVS or Walgreens, and they sometimes carry (or can order) medications that the chain drugstores don’t offer. They also mail a prescription to your home, if you like, and it generally doesn’t take more than a couple of days to arrive."
