"If you’re doing spark be prepared to wait. Close to 1hr for 2 items to be brought out. Idk what the problem was but that’s ridiculous. Didn’t see anyone bring out an order for any vehicle out there in over 35 mins."

"HAD TO CALL THE POLICE Starting off with the food selection most of their bakery items were already going old. The danishes were already getting some sort of liquid at the top. However the service and employees are TERRIBLE. I am 85% sure an employee was trying to steal my sister's phone. She had it one moment and the next it's missing and it was within the store and was staying in 1 of three areas. The service desk, the tire center and the electronics area. I went to the service desk to ask if they had found a cellphone and the woman was incredibly rude! They acted like I interrupted their oh so important conversation and said "No." Before going back to their conversation. I found another employee who actually did look in lost in found but couldn't do much. We continued to track and watch as the phone moved from those 3. Areas and kept calling it until the person holding the phone kept hanging up after two rings or sending us straight to voicemail. I am fairly certain if we had left we would've never seen her phone again and the only reason we got it back after an hour of looking is because I called the police and then they called the phone 1 minute later it magically appears."

"How is it possible that a corporation like Sam's club can have such incompetent management. First of all, I am referring to the location that is located on Calvary drive Raleigh Nc. Just today, Thursday, when I went shopping, I was shocked to see that there was no one willing to help any customer. Unfortunately, there was only one employee totally loaded with stress and of course I understand her because she was in charge of everything herself. Those in charge of the operation of the Sam's club should have more employees to be able to serve the customer well. Honestly terrible service at this place. I hope they can do something about it."

"I wanted to tell a real story about this club. I always have the perception that at Sams clubs customer service is sucks until last night when I stepped to customer service desk with an issue and I met Melissa there. She had really showing us ( me and my wife ). A role model of a customer service rep. She went above and beyond to resolve our issue and because of what she we updated our member ship and renew as well. Thank you Melissa and wish a very happy Merry Christmas. My last visit to that club yesterday was horrible. I can not believe what had happened. I was there yesterday 05/27/2023. I purchased sone groceries and one of the items was pita bread. Once I walked out of my car and while I was loading my grocery I found out that the bread was molded and I can’t believe how they have it on the shelf. Add to that it was tanning and they have a rug in front of the store that you can easily trip over it and when I spoke to the associate, he didn’t do anything about it. It’s horrible. No workers bread is molded no help with returns"

"Tried calling on 8/16/22 around 4 pm. I called multiple departments to speak to a manager… I was transferred from someone in the bakery and nothing.. no answer. Please do not buy the rotisserie chicken from this location… a good portion of the meat was not properly cooked.. thank god we noticed so we did not consume pink chicken… please train your meat department better and answer the phone for your customers."
