There is no mistake whatsoever, and all points are accurate and verifiable. ~~~~~ Pharmacy: No auto refills, no call when prescription is ready, often don't have medicine in stock at refill time (this is predictable), co pay varies wildly (can't wait to sort that out), and one time they refilled a prescription with the wrong dosage and then initially denied they'd made a mistake. All that with a self-righteous attitude from the owner, who avoids dealing with customers directly at all costs even though he's usually there."

"Our experience getting Covid vaccines at this pharmacy was great. Right from taking appointments online till the administration of vaccines, the pharmacist guided us well. Pharmacist was kind enough to answer all the questions patiently. Highly recommend this place!"

"Worst experience. Unprofessional service. I have registered for Covid Vaccine, and called them, and informed that I have medical condition and they said, "you come under group-3, we don't have appointments today, you can come tomorrow afternoon, bring your ID card and insurance". When I went there in person driving more than 30 minutes, they simply said, "we didn't give appointment to you, we don'thave walk-in appointments, we told you to call tomorrow to check for appointments". Common guys, this is not fair, you gave me appointment to come, and when I came to your pharmacy, you were fighting with me that, you didn't give me appointment, if you didn't give me appointment, why did you asked me to bring insurance card and id. Don't play with public health. Don't play with people's emotions. I know you might be super busy in this pandemic time, but, please don't give false hope to anyone. This is not at all fair. Worst Pharmacy I have ever been too. I hate Google for not giving me option to give negative rating."
