"Nothing ever goes smoothly when I go here. I’ve been trying to update my information and get my prescriptions sent to a different Walgreens for 4 months now and I can’t even get them to help me with that. I’m currently on hold over 20 minutes, trying to cancel a prescription they weren’t supposed to fill. It rings through every few minutes, someone starts speaking and puts me right back on hold. I always have to wait at least 20 minutes when my prescription is supposedly ready."

"This store has messed up my prescriptions FOUR TIMES in three months, keeps giving me WRONG INFORMATION. Somebody in pharmacy decided I was a problem as soon as she picked up, didnt care to hear about them constantly messing up, literally just hung up on me after I have been trying to get one of my prescriptions for A FULL WEEK. Incredibly unprofessional on the phone, kept talking over me from the very beginning, kept interrupting me, just giving me the "no let ME finish (so I can get you off the phone)" refuses to take ANY responsibility for affecting ppls daily medication needs. All they care about anymore is Covid vaccines, dont expect to get any "customer service" from the pharmacy about anything else."

"My doctor called in an Rx for some drops and they were out. Daniel the Rx Tech looked around and called the stores until he found it. We went over to the Vogel St. Walgreens and boom it was ready. I appreciated his helping me all the way through. Wren who is an Rx Tech and Joyce the Pharmacist are super kind and helpful."
