"Absolutely awful restaurant. Every time i come here I am either waiting 30 (THIRTY!) minutes for my food or they are out of what i want. Today I placed an order for 8:15pm pick up. Got there at about 8:05pm. Was going to let them know i was here just a bit early. No one came to the front at all. At about 8:20 i realized my online order said it was ready on the website. I finally asked someone where my order was and they said they hadn’t even started it. So I was for another TWENTY minutes for my food to be handed to me. Food is never good quality (i don’t have high expectations for fast food, but at least make it edible). I wish I could have gotten refunded but I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. Absolutely terrible management and workers."
"the lobby is not available at this time, yet you can still order pickup form inside? They also made us go through the line twice even though it was an in store pick up and should have taken a few minutes but took 50+."

"This is the absolute worst taco bell ever. They are ALWAYS out of something no matter the time of day. They are not helpful whatsoever no matter how many times I go. The last time I ordered from them they just stuffed three orders into one bag and the food was open, sloppy and spilled everywhere. It has been like this for years now. It's not worth going to anymore."
