"Stopped by there this morning (8.15.23) around 930 to drop off a prescription and the pharmacy was closed. Tried to call, no one answered. There was a woman there who said she had just driven four hours to get there for her first day of training. Hope someone finally showed up. I'm guessing they are having a hard time keeping this place staffed. Guess I'll be switching pharmacies."
"The staff at the CVS in Target here in Wilmington, NC are always very helpful. There is just one problem that concerns me and that is the lack of sufficient staffing. That results in slowing down service at the CVS counter when the store is crowded. I know sometimes people just don’t want to wait and just take their business elsewhere. I hope that in anticipation of increased CVS business when the Target expansion is complete, CVS will increase the number of employees but it hasn’t happened yet."
