"I have used them since they opened and their prices are great. Plus they always have what you need. Not like CVS where you need medicine and have to wait a day or do for it to be ordered. John and Barbara are very knowledgeable and willing to listen to you questions and concerns. I love this place."
"I have been a customer of this Pharmacy for the last four to five years. Craig and Sean have bent over backwards to please other customers as well as myself. They are very patient and very knowledgeable with an attitude that is very positive and helpful. When I am in line, I hear the way that they talk to other customers and it is just as respectful as it is to myself. When a major drug company had a recall, it was the medication that I was taking and they worked hard to make sure that the affected patients received notification and prescription change. Thank you so much for what your staff does for all of us. -Gerry F."
"Our family has been using Costco Pharmacy for several years now. We actually joined Costco because the pharmacy prices were so much better than the other pharmacy's we used. We have always been happy with the pharmacy's service and they have even given us coupons to save additional money on refills. We are always in and out quickly and always saving money! :)"
"I went there to pick up a prescription that was called in by my Dr. When I arrived, there was no one waiting and all of the employees were in the pharmacy. A man came out of the pill area and started calling a person's name. No answer. I waited, but he looked at me and returned to the area where they fill the prescriptions. He came out a second time and called another name. No answer. I said "Excuse me." He didn't respond. When he came out a third time, calling yet another name, I told him that I was there to pick up a prescription. He told me I'd have to wait my turn. I looked over and a line had formed. I told him that he saw me standing there - when nobody else was around, just a few seconds ago. He said that the other people were waiting (there really was nobody else around) and he had to take care of them first. I then pointed out that he called three names while I was there and nobody came forward. I asked if he could get my prescription and he said he was busy. Excuse me? I told him to put it back, that I would get it filled somewhere else - and told my Dr. not to bother with Costco (Dr. wasn't a fan to begin with). This is not the first incident with them, but it was my last. A previous time, I was there for a pet medication. I asked if they carried a specific brand and they said yes. I had the vet write a prescription for that exact medication, one that my dog has been on for some time and I know works. After I returned home from picking up the prescription, I saw they substituted a Costco generic for the medication I specifically said I wanted (and went in w/ the prescription for). I called and they said to bring the medication back. I made a second trip there, the guy took the medication they gave me and handed me the proper one without saying a word. No "sorry", no "I thought you might try this" - nothing. One other thing, they charged me for the name brand I asked for, even though they gave me their generic (which I found out later was cheaper). So not even a change there. There was one other incident, but I'm sure you get the gist. I don't trust them and I am planning to write to Costco's main headquarters in Kirkland to complain. Someone needs to look into that pharmacy."
"Have been doing business there for some time. Called in renewal prescriptions mid morning. Told to pick up in the afternoon. Arrived @ 2:40 and told it would be 15 minutes. Gave them 25. Still not ready. A few minutes later was told one of 5 prescription was out of stock - come back tomorrow - a round trip of 42 miles. I noticed one prescription only had one bottle of pills at check out. There are usually two. I stopped the check out and asked for assurance I was not short changed. Several minutes later another bottle shows up. No explanation - that will be $245, please. Now I have no confidence that I have gotten or will get the correct number of pills."
