"Always had a great experience with this pharmacy, except for now. Someone likes high control and asks privacy questions that should be kept between patient and doctor. My doc put me on allergy eye drops. They refused a refill them because I should still have some left in my bottle. I could see if this was some kind of major substance. It’s ALLERGY eye drops!!!!! I am self-pay, it’s not like I have to wait for insurance purposes. I shouldn’t have to wait on something the doctor ordered even if it’s a week early. This used to be my favorite pharmacy."
"The new policies at this pharmacy are invasive to privacy. I was required to give detailed flight information to pick my medications up 48 hrs early. Regardless of controlled status, patients should be allowed to pick up medications in an appropriate timeframe that is not discretionary to the pharmacy manager. Also, the pharmacists has persistently given inaccurate information about medication coverage on generic vs. brands. In addition, this pharmacist told me that my child shouldn’t be on a prescribed medication from my pediatrician long term. (Which is a conversation between a trusted provider, not a pharmacist who has no history or knowledge of my child’s medical history) I had an amazing experience with this pharmacy in the past, these experiences are directly correlated to the new pharmacy manager. This individual puts power above patient care, and aims to treat individuals as if they are doing something wrong in consistently picking up medications to meet their personal needs. 1 days in advance is not an unreasonable ask, and no one should be treated as if they are doing something inappropriately when they are compliant with their medication."
"The rx assistant manager is amazing Kandis helped me with everything I needed today I will continue to use this rx"
"Kudos to Andrew and staff for helping navigate an expensive eye drop today, he and the techs are so kind and helpful! I was pleased to find out I can stay with Publix with my medicare rx card!❤️ Kudos!"
"Since Sal left its fallen apart. The new guy Andrew and whomever you have brought in are more worried about what a MD!!!!!!!!! Has prescribed than filling what was prescribed. I understand diligence is good but when it interferes with intentions of MD treatment you need more than a 2nd look here! I'm disabled and can barely walk I've been to pick up meds 2× and I'm still without all prescribed for over a month not counting meds sent by Hospital..Since I've started back with Publix my health has gotten worse! Thanks."
