"Worst pharmacy ever."
"Do not use the 3625 College Rd. location, or any for that matter! CarePass is useless for prescription delivery unless you have a copay. If you don't, you do not even have shipping option and customer service is zero help. Ridiculous excuse of a pharmacy."
"If you use the drive up window, be prepared to wait. The service is incredibly slow, probably due to the fact that they are understaffed. Also, it’s impossible to call the pharmacy. No one ever picks up the phone. So if you have a problem, it will probably not be resolved."
"Gave a family member the run around on multiple medications. Pharmacist is always rambling on when you're at the store, and they are unable to get orders correct. Staff cannot keep a consistent story and no one is taking accountability, on even small things where the solution is more important than the time wasted and frustration of customers. When the doctors office tried to call and correct things from their end, they were on hold for 45mins before being hung up on, tried to call back and were on hold for a hour, and then rudely transferred to voicemail by staff. Corporate or not, basic customer service is a requirement."
