"Rude customers service from pharmacy"
"Woman working tongiht 5/14 at midnight at was completely rude, aggressive and unprofessional making 3 customers wait outside in the rain for over 10 minutes. When called it took the woman an entire five minutes of phone timing to answer and when asked I’m if the hours have changed tonight and if they are closed sinceI thought it was usually 24 hours..her response was “ when I have to use the bathroom yes it is closed, and yes I’m still using the bathroom, goodbye” and abruptly hung up. She should not be working customer service especially at night if this is how she treats regular cvs customers. I spend over $200 weekly coming here and you just lost my business now thanks to this rude employee. I hope she is terminated, no one deserves to be talked to and treated in such a manner whether it’s related to safety or not I was merely asking a simple question with no attitude at all."
