"Wouldn't recommend. They order a part for me, part came in couple days, and it was a wrong part, ok it's happens. Part was Never installed, I come back to return it, they look at and say ok we can take a back but not today, girl who does returns not here today, I come back next day, we can't return it no internet, so I try 4 times to return it and evrytime was different story. I have part in my car for couple weeks I lost recipt. They didnt take it with recipt, with out recipt they want even talk to you. What a joke 140$ parts and so hard to return it."
"I reached out in inquiry for service and was hung up on multiple times. When I called the 3rd time I immediately stated I've been hung up and had 0 inquiry to why I was calling. I was told "I'm sorry we've been having issues with dropped calls." NO, You have an issue with poor customer service as I heard the physical phone hung up both times. If you can't help me, that's fine, but do not just hang up the phone because you feel as though you don't want to help."
"Received a call that our ordered part was available. Glad the part came in on time, called the next day to verify the accurate part before pickup as we didn’t want to drive a half hour in the 18” of snow to get it with it not being there and receptionist wouldn’t take our last name to check the order. She just said, “if we called you it is here”. Upon further request to be certain the receptionist was rude and said “Oh my God” out of lack of patience as she hung up the phone."
"Overall, not a pleasant experience. Called for an in-warranty washer that produced an obnoxious squealing sound during the spin cycle. Oddly, the business gives you a date that the technician will show up, and requires you to call on the day in question if you want to find out the 2-hour window. Otherwise, the time when they arrive will be a mystery. Whatever, not a big deal, I called as instructed. Their tech Mark showed up within the designated window, and immediately complained to us about the position of the washer (2nd floor laundry closet). He opened the front panel to the washer, ran the spin cycle a few times, closed it back up, said, "I don't know-- could be the motor or the pump, but I'm just guessing," and started packing his tool bag to leave. All within 5 minutes. Obviously not satisfied with the lack of effort, I asked him to try disconnecting things and running it again to at least narrow down the source of the noise. (I really shouldn't have to ask a repair technician to try something so basic.) He finally did and at least ruled out the motor and pump after disconnecting the belt. After a few more minutes, he again closed it up, began packing his toolkit, and again said, "I don't know." He mentioned that it could be a part that's difficult to reach (tub bearing) and actively tried to discourage me from having it repaired because the job could take 4 hours and the whole machine would have to be dismantled, would create a mess, etc. I said I didn't object at all to this; it's fully covered by warranty and we just want it fixed. He said, "You could live with it... it's not going to hurt the machine," after which I asked how he could authoritatively say that when he still couldn't tell me what "it" was! His only response was that he would have to "call Speed Queen next week and see," and began to leave, but refused to give a date when we could expect an update. Unsurprisingly, we never received one. There was also nothing stopping him from calling the technician's line at Speed Queen while he was here; they were open. (For the record, I did try calling SQ's customer line, but it hangs up after 30 minutes of hold time, so I haven't been able to reach them yet to discuss this issue directly.) Ultimately, it was a useless visit and a complete waste of our time. Office manager Megan was very polite and understanding over the phone when I called later that day, but our washer remains unfixed, and we still haven't heard from them after 2 weeks, despite being told we'd get a response the following business day. I would avoid them if you care about having courteous, professional repair technicians who actually give a damn show up at your house. Maybe they behave differently for out-of-warranty repairs where they can charge for the visit, but I can't speak to that."
