"Very clean restaurant. Got vegan ramen to go and it was pretty good with the broth being earthy and sweet. The vegetable choice included in the soup was interesting and a first for me. It had mushrooms,carrots, kombu, pickled red onion, radish and sprouts. I was not mad at all. Some of the veggies were raw while others precooked. It was a good combo and definitely filling. The ramen itself was a delightful texture. I also liked their bowl packaging as it reminded me of grocery store salad packaging with the little plastic part that you can tear off. Never seen one like it before for restaurants and let alone soups. The price was around 14 something. Fair for something that filling."

"Best sushi in town by far. The fish is excellent. I usually order nigiri, but their specialty rolls are really different from the standard. It's refreshing to try something different that doesn't over power the fish."

"This is my favorite spot in Knoxville for date-night sushi. Ordered omakase with my wife and the chef's selections did not disappoint! Our server was fantastic, and suggested a fun jello-like drink as a fun way to end the night. The manager also checked on us several times, and comped our dessert as a birthday treat. We will keep coming back! Oh, and the brussels sprouts continue to be the bomb."

"One of my two favorite Japanese restaurants in Knoxville! Creative decor, wide selection of alcohols, and flavorful Yakitori. The Short Rib Yakitori was the star. Nigiri was fresh and sushi was terrific."

"This was an amazing find. Went to go to Southern Grit and it was closed on Mondays. But found this place instead. The Sushi was probably the best I have ever had and the Pork Belly Ramen was awesome!! The service was friendly and quick. You have to try this place!!"
