Closets by Design - Raleigh 4580 Atlantic Avenue, Raleigh, NC 27604

"Had laundry room updated with cabinets and countertop. However due to poor design it is not completely functional. Showed the designer that there is a fixed drain pan under my washer and she did not account for it in her measurements for the countertop. Now I will not be able to lift it out of space when I need to move it. Also made the counter too far out over washer so cannot use detergent drawer. Not functionally accessible. So may look nice but not completely functional. 2/8/24: The day before my scheduled fix day I received a call while at work that they needed to come and remove the counter. I had to leave work and when the installers came they were very unprofessional about the entire thing. Calling other installers and cussing and fussing about the what they were there to do. This has been a horrible uncomfortable experience. The installers sent the second time to “pick up the counter” were very unprofessional. I will never recommend this company. I just want this over with at this point."

"I have been talking with this company for the past few weeks on trying to remove the extra board or to add a decorative base to the mudroom installed back on January 11. They keep saying that it’s because of the steps next to it as to why they had to add the extra board in between. They refuse to correct the issue because they say that they have upheld their contract. Unless you want an extra board on the side of your closet or etc. avoid this company. This is bad design flaw that needs to be addressed. I’m not trying to be difficult and trying to work with them, but they have lost any future business with me until they make it right."

"We had an excellent experience with Closets by Design Raleigh from consultation to installation. We recently bought a new home that had a large walk-in closet in the primary bedroom suite. There was a lot of wasted space in the closet which only had wire upper shelves and hanging rods. The new design we created with Rebeca was beautiful. We used a mix of wood accent and blue cabinetry. The new closet is functional and allowed us to use every inch of space. The team of guys who installed the closet were prompt, professional, friendly, and efficient. Plus, they left everything spotless when they left, and they were great with our puppy. We would definitely recommend"
