"The employees I've had contact with are pushy & rude. They're not friendly & act like you're inconvenienceing them for doing their job. The cost of the subpar furniture is ridiculous & I'll be ending my lease ASAP."

"I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Smh my mother's tv went out the weekend before last, since it was a holiday she was told they couldn't bring a TV out until that Tuesday. Tuesday came no show, my mom calling nobody picking up..finally somebody picks up they said the person that will deliver the TV had a family emergency and would give my mom a call when the lady got back in that day. NO CALL. Wednesday come they bring a whole different tv, and bring no REMOTE CONTROL..smh the 2 men that came out said they would be back with a remote and never came back, not only did they not come back they left the tv leaning. Thursday come can't get in touch with nobody again..finally do the girl that answered the phone couldn't tell my mom nothing somebody else was suppose to call her back but never did..we had to end up doing their job we fixed the stands on the tv ( which were in wrong) one stand only had 1 screw in which u could clearly tell 2 screws were suppose to be in there. AND my mother had to order her own remote control. These people are extremely unprofessional, they lack communication with their customers and with each other."

"I would give 0 stars if I could. I called on Wednesday 10/26/22 to get a Whirlpool Washer and Dryer. I was approved and I was told be the woman that I would be getting my items on Friday. I said great thank you so much. On my online account it says that I should receive my items on Friday 10/28/2022 between 3pm and 6pm. I've been waiting all day and haven't heard anything. So I decided to call them. I got ahold of someone and she said she was looking for my account and she'd call me back. That was at 5:11 pm. It is now 5:39 and they close at 6. Now when I call all the phone does is ring. Rent-A-Center needs to do better because this is unprofessional and a horrible way to run a business."

"I would give a 0 if possible. The manager Tommy was rude. He didn't deliver our furniture and gave us the run around 3 different time frames. Instead of an apology he just said I will refund the money and cancel your contract because he didn't want to get up and bring the $3,000 worth of furniture I ordered 4 days prior to that day. He did not call us once, we had to call him every time. If you can't deliver something to someone, you call and apologize and reschedule, not blow them off and make them call you. He also lied to us. We contacted corporate and she was VERY VERY upset with the way this employee acted. Needless to say, I have been in retail before and this man does not deserve to be a manager due to his poor lack of customer service skills. I got my refund and went somewhere else. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!"
