"There was a misunderstanding at some point last Sunday and our furniture was never delivered on Friday. They then said they only deliver on Fridays and somehow our order was never pushed through and guaranteed delivery on the next Friday. Well, my husband called and confirmed this week to make sure everything was good. They said absolutely, it will be here today. They were supposed to deliver our furniture some time this afternoon, okay that's fine. They didn't call at all, my husband had to keep calling and asking when they might be here. They said between 5:30-7pm. Then they call a little after 8 pm and say they don't have anyone to deliver until tomorrow morning. I won't hold my breath, because this whole experience has been miserable. I'm pregnant and sleeping on a mattress on the floor. I have never seen such disarray and chaos in my life. UPDATE: We get the furniture this morning and it's missing handles and screws completely for one of the nightstands, screws to attach the mirror to the dresser, and handles and screws to the dresser. Also, the bed frame screws were so long that we can't push it up against the wall. So now my husband has to go to Lowes and buy shorter screws. The delivery guys were super nice and apologetic, we know it's not their fault. This AARON'S is the worst location EVER!!!!!!!"

"I have used this particular store over the course of the last 3 years and I haven't had a problem with any products if there was ever anything that wasn't correct they corrected it the 1st manager that I met Mr. Scott router was one of the best. And the staff that currently is on deck is some of the greatest and the I'm going to get another computer today and so check them out the great."

"First of all I would like to address the automatic draft it has happened to us once but all you have to do is contact the company and they'll be more than happy to fix it. As far as the quality of the furniture I have to say hands down exactly what the representative told us was exactly what we got and we are extremely happy.
