"Have purchased furniture twice from Furnish. Both times a designer helped us avoid making design errors with our choices. There are lots of cool, different fabrics to choose from-- and the store displays provide a great example. Most recently worked with Alyssa who is responsive and hospitable. We had an issue with an ottoman we purchased recently (legs were wobbly); we contacted Furnish and they sent it back to the manufacturer to be repaired at no cost to us. That makes me feel valued even after purchasing and I appreciate that a lot- we've never had that kind of commitment to quality from any other furniture store. **Back for more! We purchased more furniture and this time worked with Dory. Very happy to have her expertise; she is friendly and knowledgeable.
